There are a few lenders. I just qqh the lender name.

One lender did have the following request:

1)They will ask you to source the funds you used for the cash purchase.

2)If you used HELOC for the purchase, they will ask you to close that HELOC.

3)If indeed used your own cash for the purchase, you can get the cash-out. If will take around 45 days.
