我bid 一个short shale 房子（4月初下offer的)， 原来说是7月能close， 现在不知为什么， 进度非常慢， 房子主人不愿搬出来， 银行不知卡在哪里， 我的agent 每个礼拜都告诉我下个礼拜银行会给消息， 结果现在一点消息都没有。今天我的agent说可能拖到10月， 他说银行的negotiator 也说很奇怪。 请问这种事情到底怎么回事， 这房子我是不是拿不到了？
