岀租房要remodel upgrade, 向老师们同学们请教

1。地毯要换。以前有人说最好是换 laminated wood. 对吗？ 有 cheap cheap 又耐用的可推荐吗？
2。主卧室的 bath and shower 要换掉。Shower 是瓷砖还是其它石头？主卧想要显点档次taste 不想太cheap cheap 以便租个好人家租个好价钱 （expect ~2300/month)
