空调坏了(13年了)，可能得要replace, 想问问大家的意见

 想问问大家哪个牌子得空调比较好, 看到有好多选择如 Carrier, Rheem, Lennox, Goodman..., 我都晕了。

还有我在Northern Virginia, 有没有好的contractor推荐，不知道找HomeDepot, Sears 或者是Lowes 做replace好不好。谢谢大家。

最近真是惨透了，因为Storm停电，刚通上电，空调又坏了.
