紧急求救

俺正在伦敦开会，房客发妹儿来说地毯湿了一块，大概不到1尺见方。地点在dining room门口靠近厨房处。有照片。找了个可靠的plumber来看，但找不出原因。房客说要揭开地毯来看，俺想先在这里询问一下，还有什么主意没有。向大家求助，谢谢！！！
