From Micro level, it shouldn't impact our family health care unless you go with very "cheap" insurance policy. I strongly suggest all 地主 here should consider "private care" insurance as most of my clients. We all work hard to make $$ and we should put $$ in use for our benefit. Most people here can afford the "private care" and it provides the best care.

For Macro level, Gov't is picking up the big portion of bill paying medical cost for those uninsured today; with new rule, they'll use the $$ to support (complicated reimbursement formula alike food stamp eligibility)the poor to buy the health insurance.It shouldn't be big difference cost wise for Gov't.

We'll see the impact on insurance company. It may cause big change (lose or gain) on medical insurance company's profit. So it's a good idea to trade options on those companies.However, option trading is not a cup of tea for landlords here.
