Has about $10,000 credit debt that she is not paying and under collection. She is applying with her mother who is a private nurse/caretaker. Her mother earns about $5000 a month and currently living with a family to take care of an old lady there. The mother's credit score 640. She also had foreclosure and failed to pay gas untility fee once (went to collection).
