地主们觉得可以租给她们吗？which one is better?

1。 Single mom with 3 year old twin boys. Credit score 585. Had foreclosure and short sale. Work in UPS part time with monthly income of $1700, plus child support $1400. Has about $10,000 credit debt that she is not paying and under collection. She is applying with her mother who is a private nurse/caretaker. Her mother earns about $5000 a month and currently living with a family to take care of an old lady there. The mother's credit score 640. She also had foreclosure and failed to pay gas untility fee once (went to collection).

2. Section 8 Asian lady with 3 teenage girls. One is already in college. She claims she is not the regular Section 8 lady and she is very clean and don't bother lanlord.

Which one would you pick? Or would you pick any of them?

My rent is $1800.
