[求建议]卖房前做些什么能让房子好卖

我能想到的就是把裸露在外面的白柱子和门框从新刷一下,看起来显得新一点.我们家后院没有fence需要按一个吗?地毯有必要换新的吗?墙壁需要粉刷吗?还有什么投资小汇报高的需要做的事情求建议!非常感谢!
