这个要讨教一下。当时房客说他家死人了，不在当地，说等回来就付房租+late fee

后来等6/10回来没要到，我们就给了notice to quit，然后去court file summons,then court date was scheduled.下个月就上庭了，可否说一下你怎样evict? 大家互相学习一下，共同御敌。
