刚收到一个 ss deal

12 unit，$200K, monthly rent = $525x12 = $6300

Tax = $4000/yr

水费，垃圾费，路灯费$800/month。

Seller agent 俺认识，还是一个好PM，管理着100多unit。俺可以请他来管理这个complex。

俺决定要seller提供cpa certified financial statement。大火觉得如何？
