房子从crawl access in the walk-in closet 看，有2处渗漏， 请了contractor来， 讲修要$2400，并且不能保证以后不漏， no guarantee, no warranty，因为房顶已 25 年， 新的shingle上去，老的很容易crack，建议全部换新。但也有inspector讲这顶至少还能用3-5年。

纠结不已， 请指教！谢！
