有个朋友求职遭遇困难，大家有可以帮忙的吗？

做数字电路设计的，有多年亚洲工作经验。最近心血来潮，在美国读了个MBA。出来就发现找不到工作了。在湾区找了很多朋友帮忙推荐，技术上，面试结果都很好，但就是不见offer。总结一下有以下几个原因：

1）有MBA，人家认为你不是一个安分的engineer。

2）是中国人。现在湾区公司里面印度人势力特别大，千方百计和中国人作对。

3）没有绿卡。公司嫌麻烦。
