请教这里的投资大拿有关DCA买基金

想用Fidelity的个人账户（非401（K)或IRA），用DCA买Index Funds (FUSEX).但是，这个基金有个$10,000 Minimum to Invest. 是不是必须先买$10,000以后，才可以开始DCA?
