$2万的房，大约$5000修好，租$750。但是这区很难卖掉房。是个好的出租地方。

看起来汇报不是太好，也绝对不算坏。

有个一直想不明白的问题。日后想卖(平价就卖，不指望房价升值)，卖不掉，那还
是没赚，也不能无限期拿着啊。

你们买房都是想很长久的持有吗？不考虑卖的问题？

这种基本只能租不升值，难卖的房，大家认为如何？

如果有一天需要卖，卖亏了，那这些年的苦力挣的房租就赔进去很多
