我自家的房子main sewer line堵了,脏水倒灌回来， warranty company 上星期四派了第一家plumbing company来修。他们用75尺的snake通。他们的snake的电动开关坏了，他们两个笨蛋就用蛮力往里面硬通。中间还叫我到屋子里注意听听有没有水管破裂马桶破裂的声音。他说怕万一捅错了方向，把马桶给捅暴了。马桶倒是没暴，后来他们说通好了，当时我试了，也确实通了，他们就走了。

星期五发现又堵上了，warranty company 这次派了另一家plumbing company来通。这第二家通好了以后，又用照相机看了，说是main sewer line破了，需要修，估价2千3百。

我们觉得是第一家plumbing company用snake用的不对搞破的，所以和warranty company交涉，觉得他们有责任帮我们修好。warranty company派第一家plumbing company后天到我们家来看，他们说会先给一个估价。但必须挖出管子来才能知道是他们捅破的，还是原来就破了。如果是他们捅破的，他们修。如果是原来就破的，我们出钱修，因为这段管子warranty company不管修理。

想问问各位同学我有什么要注意的，我怎么知道这段管子是原来坏了，还是被他们上次弄坏的？不修是不可能的了，现在马桶虽然可以用，但他们告诫我们不能放toilet paper进去，这也太麻烦了。所以必须尽快修。
