Sale 的房子Close了，前屋主还不肯搬走怎么办？

Short Sale 的房子 Title 也签了,本来说好上两个星期就搬走的，没搬；有推到说上星期搬，又没搬。我该怎么办？Loan Agent说现在已经不能退出了，因为贷款开始生效了。
