都说98%的地主最后都不做了，为什么？

不少成功地主讲了成功的故事，但很少看到失败/退出的故事。这当然很正常，失败或退出的多数也不来这个坛子了。所以大家能讲讲别人失败的故事？

我觉得，有人退出与盈利与否关系不大，烦了，不愿干了。

从财务上讲，借钱太多，资金断裂是包括地主在内的所有生意人要防范的。租不出去或租金大跌，或失去了其他用于补贴还贷的资金或收入，会造成资金困难。除了这还会有什么风险？（保险能管的也除外）
