做地主的，也可以做个stress test

象银行那样，你可以给自己做个stress test。
假如有一天，发生了什么经济危机，或者什么悲剧事件，房价房租从现在的价位一起跌30%,并且多年不能recover。你能撑得住吗？
30%只是一个rule of thumb数字。你可以随便改。在德州，我觉得30%是sufficiently conservative的。
当然，并不是说经受不住stress test你就不可以做了。你还是可以做，不过要做好思想准备，你是在搏你家的经济前途。最坏的情况，是破产。无产阶级随时都是可以搏的。资产越多，越不敢搏。
