卖方要求closing之前继续招租客

找到一个投资房，卖方怕万一我们的deal不成功，要求closing之前继续招租客并跟租客签一年的合同，这样会有什么问题吗？我可以也要求在closing之前招租吗？因为如果deal成功，我就是房东了，总该知道租客是谁吧。
