买房子在大学边上好 还是好的高中边上好？

我们这大学边上房子老贵， 隔着大学15-25 分钟车程内， 房价稍微便宜些， 房子新些， 有个好高中（当地矮子里面拔高子） ， 第一次买房， 不过，老惦记着以后搬家了房子好出手。 这2个地段哪个更好出手些？
