条件是smart phone！在wifi状态下，或是只找一个不错的data plan。 1：装上Viber（App,)用于打电话，国际长途都是免费的（对方也要装）。
2：装上Wechat（App),免费的text message/talk message(我最喜欢这个，不用打字只要说）/图像message,当然对方也要装这个App。
3:skype。如果免费的，通话双方都要装App.如果每月$3,就可以直接打任何电话。
你不能保证人人都装App,所以这个用于家人之间最为合适
