刚才给loan agent 留了message, requesting re-evaluate the house value. 我们最近neiborhood 4-5月三个房子卖了，都高于zillow estimate,这个appraiser居然给我房子估得比zillow低10万。她是pas*****y 估价的，我都不知她什么时候来的。
