求助：找麻烦的房客

有一个老外房客A 和一个老中房客 B，共用一卫生间，由于两人卫生标准不一样，

A 抱怨B 没有打扫干净，并以此要求我出钱付 House Clean费用，否则以我没有提供habitable or livable conditions为由上告housing legal services office，请问我该如何处理？

我比较烦这个房客，想让他走人，由于我们是Month-To-Month lease, 一般用什么借口让他走人比较好呢
