个人怎么感觉，像德州这样的房屋市场才是比较合理、健康的呢？

 

事实上，自2000年以来，全球房产炒作之凶不亚于股票。 于是，有了泡沫，在于是。。。

当然，没有泡沫的投资市场，也许乏味，但应该不会死得太难看。
