请教大拿,我应该找律师吗?关于买房,这个房子在flood zone内，而对方提供的文件中

说：不需要买flood insurance.但是做贷款的时候发现对方是在flood zone内，必须买保险。我现在想撤出，我的代理说：如果要撤出的话，就要扣我的押金，她要我和对方来谈，我现在要请律师吗保护我的押金吗？谢谢！
