Just bought a short sale. The roof leaked. Water came from the top between two townhouses and the closet next to the neighboring wall has water marks. Should I replace the drywall or just paint it over? I am wonderng if any mold is going behind the wall. Do I need to concern about that now the roof leak has been fixed?
