请教关于装Heater

刚close了一个short sale SFH,没有Heater,要装heater才能贷款和出租.

大概1100尺3房,在客厅装一个Gas Wall Furnace报价1800,但有的屋可能不够暖.装那种屋里挂在墙上的电暖气需要5个,要重连线到每个屋,电工报价2000.大家觉得装那种Heater比较好?
