One of my friends in Vegas is doing the short-sale his house. 2nd day had 4 showings and 2 offers, one is cash.He told me last year his house worth about 70K, the listing price now is 120K. Original purchased price was 290K.

My neighbor in FL is short selling his house as well. Got 2 cash offers even before listed on MLS. The listing price is 20% higher than what I paid 2 years ago.
