Looks like we have to let the seller change their mind before we close.

 

I will suggest the seller to find another rental nearby.

 

They are just attached to the house with full of memory. I even want to help them to find another rental or swap with other renters nearby.

 

Unfortunately my another rental nearby is more expensive and we cannot swap with that.
