贷款问题请教大小地主们， 谢谢！ （又来了，烦不烦？ 对不起，凌长老！ ）

 

1。投资房， 大家都选择啥， 15 or 30 yr fixed?  相对来讲，30 年月供要少很多， 现金流好些？ 投资房贷款不易，就不考虑 ARMs 了吧？ 

2。 自住房，咋办好？ 如果长期持有， 15年固定，可比30年省老鼻子啦。 但自住房也可能今后做出租房。 

看来，不是像人们说得那么简单： 低就好！ 究竟如何操作， 视个人出发点不同，具体问题，还得具体分析。

这两天让重贷整得闹心，都是万枫惹的祸！
