Hardness 50 ppm is not high at all. Iron and Mn are the main problem, drinking water standard regulates Fe and Mn as secondary limit of 0.3 ppm and 0.05 ppm. Secondary means recommended but not enforced. No health concern. H2S maybe causing odor. What kind of filter do you have right now. What is the condition of it?  You may only need to replace the filter media or regenerate the media if the filter is the right type and worked before. For H2S, you may add a small GAC filter. But they need to replace carbon cartridge pretty often.

A short brochure might be helpful.
