ooma fax 总不work, *99, *98都不行。以前用电话线都没问题。

ooma fax 总不work, *99+1+phone number or *98都不行。试了十多次都不行，总出error. fax机是brother MFC-790cw， 以前用电话线时从都没有问题。

请问用ooma的朋友有没有这问题？我用fax 不多，可有时需要。ooma 客服也帮不上忙。如果真大不了fax, 只能恢复AT&T landline service， ooma用来地区号以外的电话。
