真是很沮丧， 现在买房子这么难，不是说经济还没恢复，房价还要跌吗？

我说的都是40-60万的房子， 而且一般不是作为Primary home的（在FL). 

已经看了近半年。 根本没有物美价廉的房子。 物美的都不价廉， 价廉的你都不想要。 稍微reasonalable 一点的房子，上市很快就抢完。天底下怎么能有那么多有钱人呢。

我已经没有耐心，快要放弃了。 需要坦上的XDJM 给我打打气了。
