4个professional合租房，有何利弊？

从来没租给拼盘的，今天有人打电话看重我的4卧的房。是否值得考察？

地盘相当热门，好出租，7／1才空出来。只是想常住较难，一个退出，是否全部终结？不定因素太大。

先谢谢好心人的答复。我以为我小地主毕业了，仍然不少疑问。
