问个 Flex card 关于 reimbursement的问题

想reimbursement1/6/11-5/1/12这段时间的交通费.到了Non receipt Parking and Tansit claim Entry System 这一页进去后,发现没有地方输入去年的交通费.不知道该怎么办? 另外如果钱退不出来的话，该怎么处理? 考古旧贴，据说可以变成tax的credit?
