请教一个关于 lien 的问题

3月中旬时买了个法拍房，发现有个 HOA lien，但至今没收到任何关于这个lien的文件，今天又仔细读了“final judgment of foreclosure”的文件，发现有这样两段话：

“The property will be sold free and clear of all claims of the defendants”.

“If you are a subordinate lienholder claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than sixty (60) days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds”

并且 HOA 也是这个文件的一个party.

3月中旬到现在已经超过60天了，这是不是说我就不用偿还这个 HOA lien 了？
