有没有合同都没关系。但是要在HUD-1上面disclose。

listing agent是卖方的agent。卖方是他的client。买方如果付钱给listing agent卖方必须知道。short sale的情况下，卖方和银行都是利益相关方，都必须知道。所以必须放在HUD-1上面。如果放上去，他们也签字同意，就一点问题都没有。

律师的情况是一样的，你付钱给你自己的律师没问题。可是对方的律师如果收了你的钱，又没有让对方知道，那就有大问题了。你想想，你和对方律师有没有合同，有啥关系呢？
