With 6,278 available homes as of 04/18/2012, Las Vegas inventory decreased by another 1,500 homes when compared to a month prior.
March 2012 have sold 4,309 homes. Based on this rate our inventory level is at 1.5 months, lowest inventory in the last 7 years. We are in a seller's market with increased home prices and competition amongst buyers. Even new homes such as KB, Richmond have been purchased by anxious buyers with little inventory left. New Home builders are looking for land deals, obtaining permits to get ready to build more.
