Short sale...

有个问题向大家请教一下，如果short sale的房子现在在bank approval阶段，假如我看上另一个房子，我要等到bank批准后我再walk away, 还是尽早说，用告诉对方什么为什么不要了吗？有什么让人容易接受的理由？谢谢！𣎴想dan务对方时间可也不想让他们扣我deposit.
