想不到出租市场这么好

做了三年的地主，第一次花了三十多刀做广告。麻烦的是，广告刚一出来，房子就租出去了。俺不得不应对接下来的电话和邮件。

俺的房在黑区，六万不到的白菜，一向自惭形秽，不敢在政规的地方做广告，就让section8消化了。以前还能租出个1150左右，但是从去年开始，该地区的租金下调了，变成了九百多。别人的租金往上涨，俺的往下降，心有不甘，这才想道花钱做广告。但是就在广告刚出炉的时候，一个老关系户上来要租，出价比俺的要价还高，俺自然就给她了。

正所谓东方不亮西方亮，黑了南方有北方。
