我的AGENT告诉我，他和LISTING　AGENT　认识，但没熟到拿到这房子。LISTING　AGENT　说共有3个OFFER，　银行给了最低的买家，因为买家是个NON-PROFIT　ORGANIZATION。不知道什么NON-PROFIT还买卖房子。
