卖房的黑幕

4月递OFFER的REO房，LISTING　价$269，000，　市价大概$300，000。上市第一天，我的买家AGANT通知我的，所以用他递OFFER，没用DUO　AGENT。　考虑到现在市场很热，我当天出价$290，000　CASH，　10天CLOSE，　NO　CONTINGENCY。几天后，OFFER　被拒，LISTING　AGENT　说给了别的“更好”OFFER。　现在看到一个半月后成交价$275，000。　真没天理，　这个OFFER　怎么可能比我好。一个半月才成交，也不象现金OFFER。
