大家都啥时和房客签合同啊？

我也是工科女啊，只是没啥可秀的， 还不能和这里能干的的美女们比。作小地主刚起步。望指教噢。

人生第一次以地主的身份和房客签合同。7／15 入住。一切都以查过。口头上给了个offer。收了半个月房租作Holding Deposit。 我是等到入住那天签呐， 还是现在就签？
