1. Tell them you are not going to buy the house. The seller suffers more because his house looks like trash now. How is he going to sell his house. Both sell and buy agent will not not get a penny.

2. Tell them you will sue all of them in the court to get deposit back and damage (your time).

3. I bet they will probably lower the the price. If they still play hard ball on you. Find a lawyer and sue them all.

You are the buyer, what are you afraid of? This makes no sense. I bet it is because you have been so "nice" and chicken, that everyone just treats you like a pet.
