到嘴边的北外没了

好deal难成

最近在忙的一个deal没了。 有一家公司不景气要把一个大货仓卖掉套现，２００００多尺的地方，只开１８０万。 农夫算了一下，这种货仓市价最少１７－２０块一平尺是跑不了的。 和agent谈了一下，知道已有了买家。 我开２００万， 志在必得。

忙活了几周， 昨晚agent说，卖方决定卖给价底的，因为人家已忙活的比我早。 连我的agent也搞不懂原因。

好好的deal， 没了。 估计是卖方看不起我这个PhD啊！

没法，再等下一个deal吧。
