为了成就下一代地主而不是书呆子，我是这样要求我小孩的

Housework first, homework 2nd. Finish chores first then do homework. Do as much homework as you can. It's ok if you can't get your homework done.

You know what? They are have straight A's so far (high school now). I told them it is ok to have some B or C but I have not seen one yet. So far mostly A+.
