大家帮我买房: 你一开始就该赶人

我的经验是尽量不要继承前面的tenant.

更何况是那个种族的人. 我当时买short sale 的时候, 就是这个种族的人.

开始看房什么的都很nice. 后来 ,我坚持他们不走人, 我不close. 

他们走了后 房子很多损害. 但是我觉得赶人走才close 非常明智.

花钱修后, 自己找房客, 重新开始.  选个好房客比什么都重要.

 

而且尽量不要找那个种族的人. 他们肯定有好人, 但是坏人比例高. 何必去赌呢.
