出师不利的新地主

旧房子卖不掉又不想降太多, 于是做了地主. 租客想把墙纸除掉重新漆. 我们同意了.不能得罪金主啊. 结果发现部分墙纸下面都是霉斑. 这墙纸年纪不轻了. 已经联系了保险公司来看. 过程中才发现我们还没从住房保险转成租房保险. 这地主当的! 哎, 这头开的真不怎么样. 不知后面还有什么刀山火海妖魔鬼怪等着.
