credit score 600可以租给他房子吗?

我有一个两层楼3/2.5TOWNHOUSE.有一个古巴来的一家黑人.爸爸和一个女儿还有她的姑姑.加上一个外孙 4 个人同住.这位爸爸和两个女儿都有工作.他们三人共同付房租.请大家看看.我可以租给他们吗?

心里没底.请大家帮忙出主义.谢谢!
