请教各位建房的大佬，屋顶的water ponding问题

最近为一房换了torch-on屋顶，这两天下雨后上去看了看，发现有严重的water ponding，见图

下图在屋顶平面部分，不知对屋顶有什么影响，另外有什么办法将water ponding去掉

 

下图在屋顶边上，不知水会不会进到铁皮里，再到木头里。如果在这做个下水管是否可行？
